Vanessa Kosky is a Gwinnett County Sole Practitioner whose practice areas include: Criminal Defense, Family Law, and Immigration.

Mrs. Kosky has been a member of the State Bar of Georgia since 2007, and is admitted to practice in the United States Supreme Court, Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States Northern District Court, and the United States Middle District Court. Mrs. Kosky is also a member of the American Bar Association, Gwinnett County Bar Association, Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorney’s, The National Hispanic Bar Association, and The American Immigration Lawyer’s Association.

Criminal Law

Immigration Law

We help keep families together by zealous representation in removal proceedings and before government agencies. Our typical clients are Latin Americans but we represent people from all over the world. We defend our clients against removal (deportation), and we help them with cases filed with USCIS, US DOS, United States consulates worldwide,  and the National Visa Center. Our typical cases include obtaining lawful permanent resident status through family cases, all types of waivers, as victims of crimes, Deferred Action, Cancellation of Removal and more.

Family Law

We represent clients in all aspects of family law matters. We will ensure that your rights are protected and that you obtain the best possible outcome for your circumstances. We make every effort to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation by seeking to achieve out of court settlements when it is in our client’s best interest. However, when going to trial is the only means to achieve a favorable outcome for your case, our attorneys are prepared to aggressively pursue your action.
