PRACTICE AREAS

We have represented clients charged with nearly every type of criminal charge.  Whether you are facing a shoplifting, domestic violence or drug possession charge; or something more serious like child molestation or murder, we have the experience to handle all of your legal issues.

We help keep families together by zealous representation in removal proceedings and before government agencies. Our typical clients are Latin Americans but we represent people from all over the world. We defend our clients against removal (deportation), and we help them with cases filed with USCIS, US DOS, United States consulates worldwide,  and the National Visa Center. Our typical cases include obtaining lawful permanent resident status through family cases, all types of waivers, as victims of crimes, Deferred Action, Cancellation of Removal and more.
We represent clients in all aspects of family law matters. We will ensure that your rights are protected and that you obtain the best possible outcome for your circumstances. We make every effort to avoid costly and time-consuming litigation by seeking to achieve out of court settlements when it is in our client’s best interest. However, when going to trial is the only means to achieve a favorable outcome for your case, our attorneys are prepared to aggressively pursue your action.
Our firm is among the very best in Atlanta for complex civil litigation. We have a reputation of excellence among clients and colleagues alike and we deliver successful results without compromising integrity.
